Yellow-Headed Caracara

This is a Yellow-Headed Caracara, also called Milvago Chimachima. According to Wikipedia "it's found in tropical and subtropical South America, and the southern portion of Central America. Unlike the falcons in the same family, the Caracara is not a fast-flying aerial hunter, but is rather sluggish and often obtains food by scavenging."

This is the first time ever I've really tried to draw a bird this detailed. I loved the colouring and the look of this Yellow-headed Caracara so I felt like trying to draw it. I used a image I found on google as reference, so I hope that's okay. It was a really difficult bird to draw tbh. The feathers are terrible to draw and idk quite how to draw them yet, but time will tell and I'll try harder to get a more realistic view.
